After the Fed announcement, the Indices rallied into important resistance. Problematic to the rally was the fact there is a pretty good divergence in breadth. Volume increased supporting the move, but the other internals are yet to follow. This makes tomorrow extremely important in possibly determining whether the recent selloff is complete or if there is another leg lower to come.
