Bullish Divergence Almost Eliminated

The Short-term bullish divergence I pointed out in yesterday’s Briefing has almost been eliminated. While the Indices opened lower today, they did rotate back up, but the internals continue to decline on a longer-term basis. If we open lower tomorrow, that divergence should be eliminated in the first hour. If not, expect another rotation up to some degree. There is no question that the Market internals are weak and weakening. The question is whether this pause is complete, and we are headed lower, or if it still has more work to do before another leg down. Based on the weak and weakening internals on a daily basis, I believe the higher probability is there is more work to the downside before complete.
