Today, the Indices made new highs on negative breadth. Net volume continues to decline, as the percentage of stocks above their 20-day moving average falls. Once again, the continuation of deteriorating internals is not sustainable. Price trend must be respected, but there are many warning flags on the weak structure of the rally and especially in today’s trading. Caution is still warranted. Use good stop and trade management.
