Even a better-than-expected CPI number today did not give the Market enough strength to sustain the opening rally. After the first hour of trading, everything simply paused in a rotational pattern. The internals are not giving any indication of whether the next greater degree time and price move will be higher or lower. However, there is a FED meeting at the end of this month, which may give the Market the information it needs to begin a new trend and a breakout move.
