Looking at Price Development, it is easy to see a Market that is unsure of where value is. The rotational pattern has shown some volatility within the range of the rotation. In the past, I have warned during the rallies when the internals weaken and there is a potential for a rotation lower. This week I am seeing the internals strengthen. That suggests the countertrend move we have been experiencing may be coming to an end. There are some caveats, but it is important to see if the internal strength continues next week.
