It appears from the charts and the lack of volume that most traders are likely recovering from the long July 4th holiday. Volume was extremely low today and the other internal components were basically muted. However, looking at the daily charts suggests the Indices appear to be in a slow, sleepy move higher. We may need another day or two before we see more action in terms of price development and structure.
